At Tavira, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

* The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been completed.
* The product is received in a damaged condition upon delivery. In such cases, customers may be required to provide photographs of the damaged product for verification.
* The order is lost during transit and the delivery remains incomplete.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–8 business days.

Order Cancellation

Tavira reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. Additional information may be requested from customers to facilitate order processing and verification.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully charged, the corresponding refund will be initiated within 5–8 business days.
